Booking Terms and Conditions

• 50% deposit will secure your reservation
• Balance to be paid in full on arrival

Cancellation Fees

• 60 – 30days – 100% refund of booking
• 30 – 15days – 50% refund of booking
• 14 days and less – Guests will be charged full rates
• 15% admin fee will be charged for cancellations

• By bank transfer (EFT)
• Our bank details will be emailed to you once your booking request is received
• Please send proof of payment via email
• Allow at least 3 – 4 days for payment to reflect on our statement
• We will send you confirmation and receipt of payment

• Regret no children under the age of 10
• Check in is from 14h00 – 18h00 local time, unless by prior arrangement
• Check out time is 10h00 local time, unless by prior arrangement
• Please confirm expected time of arrival
• No pets allowed
• Smoking is only allowed outdoors
• The Penthouse has a 7 night minimum stay during our high season
• Rates are per apartment for max 2 adults each
• Children under 16 stay free
• No Parties
• A cleaning fee of R250 per day will be charged on request
